Mind – Weakness of memory; cannot remember names, …; even forgets his own name [Anac., Lach.]. 
  Cannot speak without weeping.  [Puls., Lyc.] 
  Many symptoms are Ox-ac.). 
  Head feels heavy and is drawn backwards. [Gels.] 
  Sensation of tightness and contraction; extends down whole length of spine, [Sil. goes up.] 
  Headache and diarrhoea from jarring of cars. 


Appetite – Ravenous hunger immediately after eating (Cina, Lyc, Psor.) [Med.] 
  Oozing of moisture from anus [Calc-c., Benz.] Fetid odor of fish brine (Caust., Hep.). 


Urinary organs – Severe pain (backache) in renal region, > by profuse urination (Lyc.) [Gels., Arg-n.] 
  Metrorrhagia: at climacteric; profuse, for weeks, flow dark, clotted, offensive 
… [Crot., Mag-m.] … 
  Intense pruritis of labia and vagina [Plat., Sulph.] 


  Breasts and nipples sore and sensitive to touch. [ 
  Breasts cold as ice to touch, especially the nipples, rest of body warm (during menses). 
  Dyspnoea and sense of constriction; can inhale with ease, but no power to exhale (Samb., [P.m., m.]). [Spasms of larynx.] 
  Sputa: albuminous, frothy; small, green, bitter balls [Nat-s.]; viscid, difficult to raise. 
  
Back and Extremities - Pain in back between scapulae; whole length of spine sore to touch (Chin-s.) [Agar., ‌] 
  Heaviness of legs, feel like lead [Gels.]; walking very difficult, legs are so heavy; legs give way. [Alumina]. 
  Ankles easily turn when walking (Carbo-an., Led.) [Psor.] 


  Burning of hands and feet, [Sang., Puls., Psor., Nat-s.] 
  Deformity of finger joints; ..;  swellings of all joints were puffy, like windgalls. [In uric diathesis.] 
  
  Relations. – The burning feet of Sulphur and restless fidgety legs and feet of Zinc. are both found at the same time in Medorrhinum. [All the nosodes have many similars.] 
  
  Aggravation.- When thinking of it (Helon., Ox-ac.) [Cann.] 


 MERCURIUS

  Teeth (-) loose (-) and (-) falling (-) out (Merc., Merc-c., Sil., Psor., Nit-ac., Bry., Ars.). 
  An overflow of morbid products. 
  Mucous discharge thick and yellow or greenish yellow mixed with blood. 
  A gland is a police station for the storing of poison and keep it from attacking the inner vital organs. 
  After cauterying a chancre, cancer or bubo. 


Additions and Underlinings in Text

  Intense thirst, although the tongue looks moist and the saliva is profuse (dry mouth, but no thirst, Puls.) 
  Dysentery: stool slimy [has the never get done feeling.] bloody, with colic and fainting;  great tenesmus during and after, not > by stool, followed by chilliness and a “cannot finish” sensation.  The more blood, the better indicated. 
  
  Relations – Follows well: after Bell., Hep., Lach., Sulph., but should not be given before or after Silicea. 

  Aggravation. At night; wet, damp weather (Rhus); in autumn, warm days and cold, damp nights; lying on right side [Kali-c.]; perspiring. [

  If 1 or 2 doses does not wipe out a case of Syph. you must stop prescribing for the Syph., but prescribe for the patient.   
  It is a case of Psoric patient, cure Psora and then the Merc. will cure; the same is true of Gon.
