  Mamary abscess are quickly matured and caused to discharge by Tar. 

  Vagina and inside of labia covered with butter colored membrane, labia greatly swollen, great prostration and restlessness of lower limbs. 
  Great itching of entire pudendum.

  Constant movement of the legs, arms, trunk, with inability to do anything;

  Restlessness, could not keep quiet in any position; must keep in motion, though walking  (rev. of Rhus., Ruta).  [Sul., Puls., Ther.] 


  Hyperæsthesia: least excitement irritates, followed by languid sadness; extreme, of tips of fingers. 
  Abscesses, boils, felons, affected parts of a bluish color (Lach.) [Dios.] and atrocious burning pain (Anth., Ars.); the agony of a felon [Sul., Lach.] compelling patient to walk floor nights. 


  At every menstrual nisus, throat, mouth and tongue intolerably dry, especially when sleeping (Nux-m.). 
  
  Aggravation. -  
   
  Amelioration. - > better from rubbing head on pillow. 
  > smoking 


 THUJA OCCIDENTALIS


Supplements   
  Thuja occidentalis (Sycosis) 
  Lippe says give Thuja at new moon. 
  Old scars break open after vaccination (Lach., Hep.) 
  Thuja scars turn red and sore after vac., even after healing. 
  Affects soft structures. 
  Sil., in spinal troubles after vac. – Boils. 
  Complaints about head > wrapping up (Thuja, Psor., Hepar). 
  All cauliflower excrescences moist at full moon and dry in dark of moon. 
  Give the remedy at the dark of the moon, so that they will shrivel up and disappear. 
  Polypi in throat, ears, bleed easily cause dry chronic cough. 
  Basilar meningitis in child 8 months to 2 years is difficult to decide, whether Tub., 
  Syphilitic or sycotic must get the family history.  If father has had Gon.-Cocci, he will give it to the child.  
  An eruption that heals and leaves a purple stain is a sign of sycosis. 
  Dull red, copper-colored spots turning blue when get cold Syph. or Merc. 
  Spasmodic tic in inf. maxillary in old people from 60 – 70, based  on sycotic  origin 
> rubbing,  pains come and go suddenly. (Thuja, Bell., Tub., Kali-bi.). 
  Rheumatism in feet since suppressed gonorrhoea.

  Ailments: from bad effects of vaccination (Ant-t., Sil.) [Dulc., Var.]; from suppressed or maltreated gonorrhoea (Med.) [Thuj., Sul., Apis, Kali-m.]. 
  
  White scaly dandruff: hair [and skin] dry and falling out. 
  Eyes: ophthalmia neonatorum, sycotic or syphilitic; large granulations, like warts or blisters;  > by warmth and covering; if uncovered, feels as if a cold stream of air were blowing out through them.  [Nitric ac. > cold bathing] 


  Ears: chronic otitis; discharge purulent, like putrid meat; granulations, 
condylomata; polypi, pale red, cellular, bleeding easily. 


  Chronic catarrh: after exanthemata [skin eruption]; thick, green mucus, blood and pus (Puls.) [Nat-m.]. 


  Teeth decay at the roots, crowns remain sound (Mez. –  on edges, Staph.); 
crumble, turn yellow (Syph.). 


  Ranula: bluish, or varicose veins on tong
ue or in mouth (Amb.), [Lyc.] 


  Abdomen: as if an animal were crying; motion as if something alive [Sab., Sul., Croc.]; protrudes here and there like the arm of a fœtus (Croc., Nux-m., Sulph.). 


  Constipation: violent pains in rectum compel cessation of effort; stool recedes, after being partly expelled (Sanic., Sil., [Sul.] ). [Op., Mur-ac., Mag-m., Nat-m., Agnus]. 


  Diarrhœa: early morning [Nat-s., Lyc., ‌]  expelled forcibly with much flatus 
(Aloe); gurgling, as a water from a bunghole; 
  
Anus fissured, painful to touch, surrounded with flat warts, or moist mucous condylomata. [Caust., Nit-ac., Staph., Sab., Sars.] 


  Skin: looks dirty [Ulcers look dirty - yellow]; brown or brownish - white spots here and there; warts, large, seedy, pedunculated (Staph.); eruptions only on covered parts, burn after scratching. 
  Perspiration, smelling like honey, on the genitals. [‌] 


  Suppressed gonorrhoea: causing articular rheumatism; prostatitis; sycosis; impotence, condylomata, and many constitutional troubles. 
  
  Aggravation.- At night; from heat of bed; at 3 A.M.; from cold, damp air; narcotics.

 TUBERCULINUM – BACILLINUM

 La grippe from Jan.- Mar. is generally an outburst of tuberculosis begins with backache.  These are cases you should always write down symptoms. 
  In country after dry summer and wet ‌  la grippe begins with head and backache, severe chill, bone pains, look for Eup., Bap. 
  Rhus is often the acute of Tub. 
  In consumption 3rd stage do not give Phos., Sul., Psor., Acet-ac., Sil., or Sul-ac.; give a vegetable remedy or Tub. 
  Broken bones are long time in ‌ some 6 - 8 weeks. 
  Constipation – 1 operation in 1 week or 2 weeks.  patient says would as soon have child so painful. 
  After best selected remedy fails (Syph., Lac defloratum). 
  You will never find a case of croup except in a Tub. diathesis – also Asthma. 
  Hay fever, Ring worm, Brights disease. 
  Headache that begins in either eye and runs to occiput or begins in occiput and settles over one eye. 
  Spasm in children. 
  Fear of dogs, child screams with terror if see a dog across the street. 
  Dr.A. cured 4 cases in 1 year with this symptom. 
  Headaches: bursting, hammering, throbbing 
 
often preceded by blindness or zig zag flashes. 
  Attacks last from 24-48hours, leave her greatly prostrated. 
  Always best of health when pregnant. 
  Want fresh air in room, but must cover head. 
  Menses protracted, the fore-runner of tuberculosis – Calc-c., Tub. 
  Flushes of heat from diaphragm up, wants window open at night. 
  
Heart almost stops beating, gets blue and then wakens. 
  Barber’s itch can never be cured without Tub. 
  Strawberry tongue bright red streak in middle. 
  Hemor. – from bowels. 
  Headache every Sat.1 every seven days. 
  
Dr.A’s cases: 
·  Mr.B aged 28 very temporate. Involuntary Emissions - 6 or 8 per month for 10 years, no dreams.  Father and 3 uncles died of Tuberculosis.  A dose after every Emission CM.-DMM cured in 6 months. 


·  Mrs.S aged 27.  Nasal catarrh - Cough
  
  Rumbling of water in stomach and bowels.  Weak and exhausted in A.M. 
.  > after P.M.  Going without dinner causes natural stool at noon.  
  Menses 3 days late and scanty.  
  1M. every eve till better and stops  
  > after 3 or 4 – after 10 days bowels more natural.

  Adapted to persons of light complexion; blue eyes, blonde in preference to brunette [Phos-ac.]; tall, slim, flat, narrow chest; active and precocious mentally [Phos.], weak physically; the tubercular diathesis [tired A.M. - Stan.] 


  When with a family history of tubercular affections
 the best selected remedy fails to relieve or permanently improve, without reference to the name of disease.

  Symptoms are changing [Tub., Puls., Kali-bi., Lac-c.]; ailments affecting one organ, then another – the lungs, brain, kidneys, liver, stomach, nervous system – beginning suddenly, ceasing suddenly. [from 2-10 min; from 1-5 hours]


  Takes cold easily without knowing how or where; seems to take cold “every time he takes a breath of air” (Hep.).  [Children croup 2 P.M. always returning give Acon. and treat best with Tuberculinum.] 


 
 Melancholy, despondent; morose, irritable, fretful, peevish, taciturn [Ign., Staph.], sulky; naturally of a sweet disposition, now on the borderland of insanity. 


  Headache: chronic, tubercular; pain intense, sharp, cutting from
 above r.eye to occiput; as of an iron hoop around head [Anac., Sulph.]; when the best selected remedy only palliates. 
  School-girl’s headache [Ruta, Nat-m., Sepia]: ; with a tubercular history.  


  Acute cerebral or basillar meningitis [Gels., Nat-s., Tub.], with threatened effusion; nocturnal hallucinations; wakes from sleep frightened, screaming; when Apis, Hell, or Sulph., though well selected, fail to improve.  


[Aching bone pain with fever, headache of Bry. and  
  
Teething, gums swollen, Bell. will > then Calc. and then Tub. where have meningeal troubles.] 
  Crops of small boils, intensely painful, successively appear in the nose, green, fetid pus (Sec.). [Psor.] 


  Plica polonica [Matted hair with vermins.]; several bad cases permanently cured after Bor. and Psor. failed. 


  [Obstinate] Diarrhœa [3 A.M.]: early morning, sudden [profuse and painless], imperative (Sulph.) [Psor.]; emaciating though eating well (Iod., Nat.) 
[Sanic]; stool dark, brown, watery, offensive; … 
  Menses: too early; too profuse; too long-lasting; tardy in starting; with frightful dysmenorrhœa; in patients with a tuberculous history. 


  Tubercular deposit begins in apex of lungs, usually the left [Phos., Sulph., Ther.]. 
  Eczema: tubercular over entire body; itching intense, 
skin. Ringworm.  [Never been well since ringworm was cured.] 
  
  Relations. - Complementary: Psor., Sulph. 


  When Psor., Sulph., or the best selected remedy fails to relieve or permanently improve; follows Tub. as a constitutional remedy in hay fever, asthma. 


  Belladonna, for acute attacks, congestive or inflammatory, occurring in tubercular diseases. 
  Hydrastis to fatten patients cured with Tuber.
